Carlos Sainz a cru un instant en une pole surprise, mais Max Verstappen a fini par imposer sa loi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les qualifications de Bakou resteront dans les m\u00e9moires comme l\u2019une des s\u00e9ances les plus folles de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Avec six drapeaux rouges et pr\u00e8s de deux heures de qualification, la tension n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de grimper avant que Max Verstappen n\u2019arrache la pole position en 1\u201941\u2019\u2019117.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q1 \u2013 Trois drapeaux rouges d\u2019entr\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re partie de s\u00e9ance, le ton \u00e9tait donn\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s quelques tours lanc\u00e9s, Alex Albon a tap\u00e9 le mur au virage 1, provoquant un premier drapeau rouge. Quelques minutes plus tard, Nico Hulkenberg a fait de m\u00eame au virage 4, laissant sa Sauber sans aileron avant. Enfin, les deux Alpine ont scell\u00e9 le sort de la Q1 : Pierre Gasly bloqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9chappatoire et Franco Colapinto dans le mur au m\u00eame virage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le chaos, Lando Norris a sign\u00e9 le meilleur temps devant Verstappen, Leclerc et Russell. Dans ce contexte perturb\u00e9, Norris a pris provisoirement les commandes en 1\u201941\u2019\u2019396, mais Verstappen a rapidement r\u00e9pondu, en signant le meilleur temps en 1\u201941\u2019\u2019255 avec des pneus mediums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La surprise est venue de Lewis Hamilton : il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9 en P12 \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une mauvaise gestion des pneus, derri\u00e8re Fernando Alonso. Alors que la pluie commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 tomber, Carlos Sainz a pris les devants, devant Lawson et Hadjar. Mais un nouvel accident est venu couper l\u2019\u00e9lan : Charles Leclerc est all\u00e9 taper au virage 15, d\u00e9clenchant le cinqui\u00e8me drapeau rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au red\u00e9marrage, c\u2019est Oscar Piastri qui a commis l\u2019erreur fatale, d\u00e9truisant sa McLaren au virage 3 et provoquant le sixi\u00e8me arr\u00eat. Lorsque la s\u00e9ance a repris, la piste n\u2019offrait plus de grip et Norris a g\u00e2ch\u00e9 sa derni\u00e8re chance avec un tour brouillon. Seul Verstappen a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 sortir un chrono solide : 1\u201941\u2019\u2019117, suffisant pour rel\u00e9guer Sainz \u00e0 une demi-seconde et sceller une nouvelle pole.Derri\u00e8re, Liam Lawson s\u2019est illustr\u00e9 avec une superbe troisi\u00e8me place, tandis que les Mercedes d\u2019Antonelli et Russell ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le top 5.
